    Adding a good word here for agent Emily Astiz Black. She was not my agent. She represented the Seller (I was the Buyer). When the Seller moved leaving me with a garage, sheds, garden and barn full of unwanted items, Emily stepped up. She arranged to re-home the still useful items and to haul out a truck load of the non-useful. She used her own time and money to make things right for me (again, I wasn't even her client). What a gem and pleasant person to work with. Highly recommended.
